Meet Alley

Alley Johnson - B.a. Kin, RMT, DOMP, DSc. O.

Hey! I'm Alley!

I am an Osteopathic Manual Therapist (CCO) and Registered Massage Therapist (CCMH). Before completing Osteopathy and Massage, I completed my degree in Kinesiology at Brock University. Originally from Ontario, I moved to Alberta with my family in March of 2022. We've since relocated to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where I'm continuing my osteopathy practice. Over the course of my career so far, I have worked with a wide variety of clients. I have worked with high performance athletes as well as the general public. I have worked with babies as well as seniors to address a variety of issues.

As a former athlete who has had many injuries over the years, I was introduced to manual therapy which began my passion. I was first introduced to osteopathy when I was in high school and I developed an issue with my jaw. I sought help from my doctor, dentist and orthodontist and had no relief until someone recommended an Osteopathic Practitioner. Not having a clue what it was, but desperate for help, I gave it a try. Within three treatments, I had full mobility of my jaw and very little pain. From the very first treatment, I knew osteopathy was what I needed to do with my life. I am very excited to see where this career will take me and the wonderful people I will get to meet along the way.
